Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, "drop-off ' appointments can be made. A "drop off ' means you may bring your pet at the time that works for you, and leave him with us for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to arrive sometime in the morning so our doctors will have ample opportunity to examine your pet between other scheduled appointments and surgeries.. Once the doctor is done, she will call you to discuss treatments and tests if necessary.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all core vaccinations be current (rabies and distemper vaccines). We make every effort to have our patients feel comfortable during visits. However, it is common for any animal to feel uneasy around new people, surroundings, and other pets. For this reason, we ask you to restrain your pet with a carrier or leash.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
